The popular Mexican food chain, Chipotle, is opening three new locations in Queens by the end of the year.

Chipotle Mexican Grill plans to open a restaurant in Elmhurst later this month, having already just opened one in the neighborhood.

The chain will also open restaurants in Astoria and North Corona before the end of the year.

The Chipotle restaurant that is opening in Elmhurst will be located at 88-01 Queen Blvd. and is scheduled to open at the end of October. Another Chipotle recently opened in the area at 40-37 82nd St.

The Astoria location will be at 22-06 31st St. and the North Corona restaurant will be located at 37-47 Junction Blvd.

There are currently 10 Chipotle locations across Queens. The new restaurants will bring the borough total to 13.

The new Chipotle restaurants will serve customers via takeout, mobile pick-up and contactless delivery to ensure the safety of patrons and employees amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

Each location will be open from 10:45 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week.

It looks like the 88-01 Queens Blvd location may be the old Outback Steakhouse space in the Queens Place (Target) Mall.
