Building permits have been filed for a 14-story commercial building on Union Street in Flushing.
The plans call for a 189-foot-tall structure on a vacant lot at 37-16 Union Street, according to documents filed with the Department of Buildings on June 5.
The building will include ground floor retail; a house of worship on the second and third floors; offices from floors 4 through 8; and healthcare from floors nine through 14.
The development will include a 142 enclosed car parking spaces and 11 bicycle spots.
Demolition permits are not likely to be needed as the lot 11,340 square feet is vacant.
A construction timeline is not known.
Lions Group NYC (under the ZL Macedonia LLC) is listed as the owner behind the application while Raymond Chan Architect is listed as the architect.
