The Long Island City-based real estate firm Modern Spaces has been assigned as the exclusive marketing and sales team for the residential project the Marina Astoria.

Located at 30-05 Vernon Blvd., the Marina Astoria is a boutique luxury condominium with 67 units available, ranging from studios to three-bedroom units.

The prices start at $565,000 for studios, $700,000 for one-bedroom units, and $1.2 million for two-bedroom units.

“The Marina Astoria represents a unique opportunity to meet the demand for luxury homes in an evolving area of Western Queens,” Modern Spaces Founder, CEO, and President Eric Benaim said. “We are witnessing growing interest from buyers as Astoria is beginning to mirror the neighborhood renaissances seen in Long Island City and parts of Brooklyn, most notably the Williamsburg waterfront.”

Among the amenities for residents are a state-of-the-art fitness center, a children’s playroom, a meditation room and a fully furnished roof deck offering views of the Manhattan skyline, Roosevelt Island and the East River. Each unit also features a washer/dryer, multi-zone split systems for heating and cooling and Latch keyless entry for added convenience and security.

The Marina Astoria is located within close proximity to Socrates Sculpture Park, the Noguchi Museum, Hallets Cove Beach and Rainey Park. It is also situated across the street from the Astoria Ferry Station, allowing for convenient across and beyond New York City.

Real estate agents Danny Li and Christina DeCurtis are leading the sales at Modern Spaces for this building.
