Two Suspects Wanted For Stabbing Man Outside Queensbridge Houses in LIC last month: NYPD

Police are searching for two suspects who allegedly stabbed a man multiple times outside the Queensbridge Houses development in Long Island City last month.

The two suspects, police said, were walking along a pathway outside 40-08 12th St., on July 1 at around 11:41 a.m. when one of the individuals bumped shoulders with a 33-year-old man.

The suspects got into a verbal dispute with the man before he attempted to run away from the pair.

The alleged perpetrators chased the victim down and stabbed him several times in the stomach, on his left shoulder, his left ribs and on his right ring finger, police said.

The two suspects then fled the scene on foot in an eastbound direction toward 21st Street.

The victim was removed to New York-Presbyterian Cornell Hospital in a stable condition, police said.

The first suspect is described as black, with a medium build and being around 6 feet 10 inches tall. He was last seen wearing a long-sleeved multicolored shirt, light-colored pants, light-colored sneakers and a black and white baseball cap.

The second suspect is also described as black and being of medium build. He is described as being between 5 feet 8 inches and 5 feet 9 inches tall and was last seen wearing a white tank top, dark-colored shorts and a dark-colored baseball cap. He also wore black and white sneakers and glasses.

Police have released images of the suspects.
