Homicide detectives from the 113th Precinct in Jamaica and Patrol Borough Queens South have come up with a brief snippet of surveillance video that shows a masked gunman sprinting across Montauk Street during a fatal shooting of a Howard Beach man in St. Albans during the morning of the 4th of July.
