Previously there was a Bean Square coffee shop on the corner spot on Northern Boulevard and 211th Street. Police searching for suspects who broke into Middle Village pharmacy last month
Sep. 18, 2023 By Anthony Medina Police are searching for two unidentified suspects who broke into a pharmacy in Middle Village last month. Police from the 104th Precinct responded to a 911 call of a burglary at Colombo’s Pharmacy, located at 75-51 Metropolitan Ave., at approximately 3:50 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 31. Police say two unidentified perpetrators forced their way inside the pharmacy by breaking the lock to the front gate. Sep. 18, 2023 By Ethan Marshall The August 2023 rental market report from Douglas Elliman Real Estate showed that northwest Queens was experiencing new highs in average rent per square foot, average rental price and median rental prices. At the same time, lease signings continued to drop. Year-over-year, the median rental price rose 27.2%, to $3,900. This is also 31.8% higher than before the COVID-19 pandemic.
