Dec. 19, 2023 By Bill Parry A man was beaten by a stranger with the nozzle of a garden hose inside an office in Bayside last month in a bizarre attack that was caught on a Ring camera. Police from the 111th Precinct in Bayside reported that the assault occurred at 219-03 Northern Blvd., in an office above a Chinese restaurant, at noon on Tuesday, Nov. 7.
