Crook robs Ozone Park gas station at knifepoint: NYPD

Police from the 102nd Precinct are searching for the crook who robbed a Ozone Park gas station at knifepoint and stole $2,000 last month

Police say the crook displayed a knife after entering the Gulf Express gas station, located at 88-14 101 Ave., at approximately 12:40 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 28. He then stole $2,000 from the cash register and fled the scene on foot.

There were no injuries reported as a result of the incident. 

Police on Sept. 5 released an image of the crook, who was last seen wearing a white tank top, black shorts, Champion sandals and what appears to be a T-shirt wrapped around his face.
