Friday, Nov. 10
Join the Museum of The Moving Image, the museum dedicated to encompassing and presenting all forms of moving images, such as art, technique, technology and history, for their “Free Admission Fridays.” All ages are welcome to view the diverse artistic displays that are sure to capture everyone’s attention. Veteran’s Day Basketball Clinic
All campers from grades 3-8 are invited to this drop-off basketball training event, where coaches are waiting and prepared to provide vital techniques for playing the game and give them a day filled with engaging drills, exercises and scrimmages. Saturday, Nov. 11
Join the Agenda for an evening of performances, featuring Q Brooks and a comedy show headlined by Cuzn Corn. The event will be hosted by Chris Jordan and there will be a prize giveaway, with the top prize being a brand-new Apple iPad. Guests are encouraged to arrive early, as happy hour starts when the doors open at 4 p.m. Table packages are also available for those who want to reserve seating for the event. The Gingerbread Players present “Candida” by George Bernard Shaw
Directed by Bill Logan and featuring cast members Farah Diaz-Tello, Andrew Dinan, Joey Mignone, Mike Miller, Lauren Snyder and David Ezra Stein, this group will be bringing George Bernard Shaw’s classic comedy to the stage. Performances will be available on Nov. 11 and 18 at 7:30 p.m. and Nov. 12 and 19 at 2:30 p.m. A donation of $12 or $15 for groups over six is encouraged. Leap Of Faith: Improvised Stand-Up Comedy
