Aug. 30, 2023 By Bill Parry An Astoria woman was arrested by federal agents and charged with assaulting one of their own with a karate chop that was caught on surveillance video at JFK Airport last week. Aug. 28, 2023 By Anthony Medina Police from the 104th Precinct responded to the scene of a vehicle collision with an MTA bus in Middle Village that left nine passengers injured last week.  Police say an eastbound Q54 bus was traveling toward Jamaica Avenue on Tuesday, Aug. 22, and was stopped in traffic at approximately 10:40 p.m., when an unknown vehicle driving in front suddenly reversed to avoid a garbage truck.
