State Senator Joseph Addabbo announced the Arnie Mig Big Band Memorial Concert in Howard Beach has been rescheduled for Aug. 31 after it was canceled last week due to inclement weather. The 12th annual summer swing concert will take place on Aug. 31, rain or shine, beginning at 7 p.m. at the St. Helen’s parking lot, located at the corner of 157th Avenue and 84th Street.
