Oct. 18, 2023 By Anthony Medina A trunk-or-treat and Halloween festival event to remember is fast approaching in Middle Village. Council Member Robert Holden, in collaboration with the New York City Parks Department, will host his annual truck-or-treat event and Halloween festival on Saturday, Oct. 28, at Juniper Valley Park for hundreds of children and families.
