Oct. 24, 2023 By Ethan Marshall Schneps Media and VillageCareMAX will be holding a free Senior Health and Wellness Expo Thursday, Nov. 2, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Sheraton LaGuardia East Hotel, located at 135-20 39th St. in Flushing. There will be valuable resources, activities and support available for the senior community.
