Kathy Hochul on Thursday was joined by Bronx elected officials, city agencies, advocates and providers to announce $50 million in funding for the expansion of mental health facilities. The announcement was made Jan. 11 at the Bronx campus of the New York City Children’s Center in Westchester Square, a state-run facility with locations throughout the city. Jan. 11, 2024 By Rachel Butler Filthy streets, traffic congestion and a lack of public space were among the many concerns expressed about the proposed 2,873-unit Creedmoor development plan by a local civic association on Monday night. Jan. 10, 2024 By Ethan Marshall St. John’s Episcopal Hospital unveiled its new ambulatory clinic on Monday that is located inside its four-story clinical learning center at 19-09 Plainview Ave. in Far Rockaway. The new clinic allows for the ambulatory practices to be moved outside of St. John’s Episcopal Hospital at 327 Beach 19th St. and into a state-of-the-art medical practice.
