A 41-year-old man was stabbed to death inside his Springfield Gardens home early Tuesday.

Henry Garland was allegedly stabbed in his neck and torso by a 31-year-old man inside the house on North Conduit Avenue just before 1 a.m., police said.

He was rushed to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in an ambulance, but couldn’t be saved. He was pronounced dead at the hospital.

The 31-year-old suspect — reportedly the son of the victim’s girlfriend — was taken into police custody at the scene, where officers recovered a knife. The charges are pending and police have not yet released his name.

The suspect allegedly stabbed Garland after Garland and his mother got into an argument, the New York Daily News reported.
