The Halloween celebration at Queens County Farm Museum in Floral Park on Sunday, Oct., 29 gathered dozens of costume-clad families for a range of fun fall festivities.

At Halloween on the Farm, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., attendees made their way across the sprawling 44-acre farm where they could get a spooky farmhouse experience at the historic Adriance Farmhouse or enjoy a wholesome photo-op among gourds at the patch.

The event also featured a performance from Halloween’s Blessing Angel, presented by The Edward Morgan Ballet, for the first time on the farm. And DJ Malik Work provided the tunes for the haunted dance party. Attendees had the opportunity to participate in some guided Monster Mash dancing after hopping off a festive hayride decorated for Halloween.

This year’s Amazing Maize Maze was landscaped into the shape of a 1954 tractor that was donated to the farm by the Brooklyn Botanic Garden. Some families took on the challenge of making their way through the sprawling 3-acre cornfield puzzle during the Oct. 29 event.

After meeting some of the farm animals and learning about the farm’s agricultural history, kids picked up their own treats at nine candy stations throughout the farm.

Grub was available for local vendors including: East Coast Street Tacos, Kelli’s Funnel Cake, Knot of this World Pretzels, Long Island Seafood, Ed’s Italian Sausage & Polish Kielbasa, CBao Asian Buns, Green Acres Corn, Bstro and Tania’s Kitchen. The Queens Night Market also curated a local beer garden.

At the Con Edison Ecology Booth, the energy company shared recycling tips and hosted an Adopt-a-Worm composting program.
