A popular no-frills, low-price supermarket chain is opening its second Queens location in Jamaica at the end of the month.

ALDI, a family-owned German based superstore, will cut the ribbon on its new 92-33 168th St location on May 26.

“We’re excited to open our first ALDI store in Jamaica and introduce local customers to a new, more affordable way of shopping,” said Chris Daniels, a regional vice president for ALDI. “Our stores are designed to make grocery shopping smarter, faster and easier.”

The first 100 customers will receive a gift bag filled with a sampling of ALDI Fan Favorites products and a gift card as part of the ALDI Golden Ticket gift card giveaway program. Shoppers can also enter a sweepstakes for a chance to win a $500 ALDI gift card.

The retailer has more than 2,200 stores across 38 states with over 25,000 employees. It sells a wide variety of items from fresh, organic produce and pantry staples to candles, home goods and more.

ALDI, which opened its first Queens store in Rego Park in 2011, has its produce delivered daily and most of the products it sells are exclusive brands.

Jamaica shoppers will find food for every taste and lifestyle since ALDI items include a wide variety of gluten-free, plant-based and dairy alternative grocery items.

Shoppers will also discover weekly offerings of limited-time ALDI Finds like candles, delicious seasonal food, home goods and more.

The ALDI store in Jamaica will be open daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Online and curbside grocery pickup will be available at shop.aldi.us.
