A new boutique condominium, Orion, featuring seven meticulously designed units at 25-88 38th St. in Astoria, has just hit the market for prospective buyers.
The building, developed by local developers Konstandinos “Gus” Vorillas, Thomas Ballis, Anthony Vitale, and Chris Giannikouros, offers seven modern one- and two-bedroom residences, each designed with private outdoor spaces.
The starting price for each one-bedroom unit is $695,000, and the starting price for the two-bedroom duplex penthouse is $1.125 million.

Each residence includes private outdoor space accessible from multiple rooms. One of the first-floor one-bedroom units has a 1,000-square-foot backyard, and the two-bedroom penthouse also has two private terraces.

bakeries, cafes, acclaimed restaurants and parks. Multiple train stations are also in the area. The N and W trains run through 30th Avenue, and the M and R trains go through the Steinway Street station. Additionally, the Q101, Q18, M60 and Q70 LaGuardia Link buses each have stops nearby.

This condominium was designed by Harriet Nikakis of the Astoria-based firm HCN Architects. Orion Astoria’s exterior integrates a high-performance panel system, expansive moving window walls and recessed balconies with glass railings.
