Construction is almost complete for a new 6-story mixed-use residential building at 31-90 29th St. in Astoria.

According to the development site, the building is expected to be completed in the winter of 2024. The work over the remaining months will mainly consist of completing the base and remaking the sidewalks.

The building, which will have 92 rental units, has already been topped out. It stands at 70 feet tall and covers 87,439 square feet.

A vast majority of the space will be used for residential use, with 74,011 square feet dedicated to it. The 92 rentals will have an average of 804 square feet.

The remaining 13,428 square feet will go towards commercial space, a cellar level and 46 enclosed parking spaces.

The development is located within two blocks of the elevated Broadway subway station, which services the N and W trains.

George Tsilogiannis of BQ 29, LLC, is listed as the owner of the development. Fogarty Finger Architects designed the building.
