A homeless man shot at two employees inside an Ozone Park convenience store Monday evening, killing one of them.

Police officers arrested a 63-year-old homeless man after he allegedly shot at the two employees inside Crossbay Express Smoke & Vape Shop Convenience Store, located at 137-02 Cross Bay Blvd.

The homeless man, Steven Cohen, had gotten into a argument with the store employees and pulled out a gun, police said.

He shot 26-year-old Mohmediyan Tarwala in the stomach and shot at another male employee, 32, but missed. EMS rushed Tarwala to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, where he declared dead, police said.

An off-duty NYPD officer was at the store during the dispute and apprehended Cohen, who was charged with murder, attempted murder and two counts of criminal use of a firearm.

Ridgewood mother and daughter arrested for attacking woman over parking spot: NYPD

A Ridgewood mother and daughter were arrested Monday after they ambushed a young Black woman who tried to park her car in a spot in front of their apartment building that they frequently cordon off with garbage cans and traffic cones.

A family friend was standing at the northeast corner of Onderdonk Avenue and Putnam Avenue at around 7:30 p.m. when the 21-year-old Jada McPherson tried to park her car in the spot. The man placed a garbage can in her way. She drove off and circled the block multiple times. She tried to pull into the same spot one more time, but the man tried to stop her again. McPherson got out of her car to confront him, and an argument ensued.
