Pervert Places Phone Between Woman’s Legs at Queens Subway Station Last Week: NYPD

The police are looking for a pervert who allegedly placed his cellphone under a woman’s skirt while on an escalator at the Myrtle/Wyckoff Avenues subway station last week.

The suspect allegedly approached a 25-year-old woman from behind as they were both going up an escalator at around 1:30 a.m. Thursday.

He then, according to police, placed his cellphone under her skirt and in-between her legs.

The victim confronted the suspect when she felt the phone touch her thigh. The suspect then fled the escalator and went out on to the street.

The suspect is described as Asian, between 25 and 28 years old, and about 5 feet 8 inches tall. He was last seen wearing a black mask, a white shirt, dark colored shorts, white sneakers and he had on a black backpack.

An F train rider was assaulted inside the 169th Street subway station on Hillside Avenue near Homelawn Street in Jamaica Hills last week, and a dreadlocked suspect remains at large, according to the NYPD.

Police from the NYPD 107th Precinct in Fresh Meadows and Transit District 20 are looking for the dreadlocked stranger who approached the 37-year-old man while he was waiting on the northbound platform just before 3:30 a.m. on Friday, Apr. 12, and began to argue with him.

FDNY prevents disaster in East Elmhurst by seizing 68 illegally stored propane tanks

For the second time in four months, FDNY fire inspectors averted a potential catastrophe in East Elmhurst after finding stockpiles of illegally stored propane tanks in the residential neighborhood.

Fire inspectors from the Special Investigation Unit received a complaint of illegal occupancy at a home just south of LaGuardia Airport at 23-57 89th St. They discovered 68 propane cylinders, which they seized along with five food trucks and a box truck parked on the property last week. The inspectors also found illegal single-room-occupancy in the home’s cellar.
