Police have nabbed the creep who dragged an 11-year-old girl into an alleyway Sunday and threatened to rape and murder her.

Officers arrested 34-year-old Jonathan Perez, of Woodhaven, Thursday on charges of robbery, assault, kidnapping, acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17, and menacing.

Perez allegedly grabbed the young girl by the throat, pulled off her face mask and dragged her into an alley near 86th Street and Northern Boulevard at around 8:45 a.m., police said.

He allegedly pinned her to the ground and pressed a sharp metal object against her throat while making threatening sexual statements. He also demanded to know her age, police said.

When the terrified girl revealed her age, Perez replied, “Damn I had hoped you were 13,” according to the police report.

He then threatened the victim by saying, “If you tell anybody about this I will rape you or I will kill you.”

Perez then allegedly stole the girl’s house keys, $20 and a reusable grocery bag before fleeing on foot northbound on 86th Street, police said.

The 11-year-old suffered a laceration to her throat and was taken to Elmhurst Hospital by EMS. Her physical injuries were not life threatening, according to police.
