Police Release Photo of Man Wanted for Stealing Package From Astoria Apartment Building

The police are looking for a man who forced his way into the lobby of an Astoria apartment building last month and stole a package containing beauty products. 

The suspect allegedly gained entry into a building located near 30th Street and Broadway at approximately 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 10, before stealing a package containing a watch and beauty supplies.

The package belonged to a 39-year-old female resident.

The suspect is described as light-skinned, and was wearing a blue jacket at the time of the incident.

Anyone with information in regard to the identity of the suspect is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).
