Police Seek Man Wanted for Stealing Cash From Day Care Center in Flushing

Police are searching for a man who burglarized an adult daycare center in Flushing last Friday and stole cash.

On May 1, at around 2 a.m. the suspect broke his way through the front door of the American Adult Day Care Center, located at 132-08 Pople Avenue, according to police.

The suspect then rummaged through the premises and took $50 from a drawer, police said.

He then fled the location on foot in an unknown direction, according to police.

Police described the suspect as being between 20 and 30 years of age.

The NYPD released an image of the suspect taken during the alleged incident.
