Police released video Friday of a man wanted for breaking into the premises of a well-known Long Island City non-profit last month and making off with a laptop.

The burglary took place on May 13 at around 6:30 a.m. inside the Urban Upbound facility located at 12-15 40 Ave., according to police. Urban Upbound is a local non-profit group tasked with fighting poverty in the neighborhood.

The suspect, police said, threw a cement rock through the glass front door of the premises and then went inside and stole a Lenovo laptop.

He then fled back out through the front door, cops said.

The perpetrator was then captured on CCTV footage around 20 minutes later entering the Queensbridge subway station — located around a block away on the corner of 21st Street and 41st Avenue, police said.

Police described the suspect as having a slim build with a medium complexion. He has brown eyes, short black hair and a mustache. He was last seen wearing a red hooded sweatshirt, black jeans, a white surgical mask and black sneakers.

Footage of the suspect can be viewed below.

Anyone with information in regard to this incident is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782). The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers website at https://crimestoppers.nypdonline.org/
