The suspect and MSK Deli, 84-45 164 St. (NYPD and Google Maps)

Sept. 15, 2020 By Michael Dorgan

Police have released video footage of a knife-wielding man who stabbed two seniors while robbing a bodega in Jamaica Hills on Saturday.

The footage shows the suspect standing inside MSK Deli, located at 84-45 164 St., at around 9 p.m. on Sept.12, before lunging at a customer and stabbing the victim in the chest, head, and abdomen with a knife.

Seconds later, the video shows the assailant chasing a second man – a shop worker– and stabbing him in the chest and back.

The suspect then grabbed around $400 cash from the register and fled the scene in a northbound direction along 164th St., police said.

Both victims were transferred to hospital in stable condition — the first man was taken to Jamaica Hospital while the second man was brought to New York-Presbyterian Queens Hospital, police said.

Anyone with information in regard to this incident is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).
