Ten apartments in a newly-constructed building in Astoria are up for grabs through the city’s affordable housing lottery.

The units, located at 25-22 30th Dr., include studios that will go for $1,600 per month with one-bedroom units renting for $2,049.

Applicants have until Nov. 25 to apply and units will be awarded to qualified tenants via a lottery. The lottery is for households that earn up to 130 percent of the area median income

The building, which has 7 stories and 31 apartments, is located two blocks west of the 30th Avenue subway station, which serves the N and W trains.

The new building features a shared laundry room, a rooftop terrace and a gymnasium. All units come with a dishwasher, high-end countertops, energy-efficient appliances and air-conditioning.

There are two studio apartments available for $1,600 per month for individuals making between $54,858 and $103,480 per year and two-person households earning up to $118,300.

There are eight one-bedroom apartments available via the lottery, which will be rented at $2,049 per month. To qualify individual tenants must earn between $70,252 and $103,480 per year. Households of two are permitted to make up to $118,300 per year and households of three can go up to $133,120.

Tenants are responsible for paying for electricity–which covers heat, hot water and the electric stove.

Preference will be given to applicants who are already residents of New York City, with additional preference given to those with mobility, vision, or hearing impairments.
