Cops seek crook who used a stolen credit card at Ridgewood smoke shop

Police from the 104th Precinct are searching for a crook who was captured on camera after using a stolen credit card at a Ridgewood smoke shop in late June.

Police say the crook allegedly stole the credit card from a 16-year-old while inside the Planet Fitness located at 329 Wyckoff Ave. at approximately 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, June 25. The teen told police he left his backpack inside a locker and later discovered the credit card missing. 

The crook was later seen at the Globe Smoke and Convince shop located at 801 Cypress Ave., where he allegedly made a $468 transaction.

The 104th Precinct posted on Twitter about the incident.
