David Perez, 33, of 79th Street, was taken into custody on Nov. 5 for targeting women in two different police precincts on Wednesday, Oct. 5. Nov. 3, 2023 By Iryna Shkurhan On Halloween morning, when the temperature was hovering around 40 degrees, 911 calls reporting a dog drowning in Baisley Pond in Jamaica were relayed to local police.  Two officers from the 113th Precinct, which covers southeastern Queens, responded to the incident at 8:30 a.m. and successfully rescued Sparky, the 8-year old Border Collie.
